Compensation: • Base Salary + Heavily Incentivized Bonuses • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110,000 – $125,000 • Health Benefits • Paid Time Off • Performance Bonus tied to recruitment, retention, and service adoption Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy • Drive and refine THG’s recruiting process to consistently attract top talent. • Set and achieve quarterly and annual recruiting goals that align with brokerage growth. • Partner with leadership and marketing to design personalized outreach campaigns. Pipeline Development • Build and execute a 30-60-90 day recruiting activity plan. • Conduct outreach calls, discovery meetings, and share value presentations. • Track and analyze funnel activity (calls, appointments, interviews, offers, and hires). Relationship Building • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with prospective agents. • Provide insights, resources, and support throughout the decision-making process. • Involve THG leadership at key stages to strengthen credibility and connection. Brand & Marketing Collaboration • Work with the marketing team to develop impactful recruiting materials and campaigns. • Highlight agent success stories through case studies, videos, and testimonials. Data & Systems • Keep CRM records accurate, updated, and organized. • Monitor recruitment activity and forecast impact on brokerage growth. • Ensure compliance with fair housing and industry standards in all recruiting efforts. Team & Onboarding • Support and coach the inside sales team on recruitment activities. • Collaborate with operations to deliver a seamless onboarding experience. • Represent and promote THG’s culture in every candidate interaction. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience. • 3–5+ years of recruiting, business development, or sales experience (real estate preferred). • Consistent record of achieving recruiting or sales goals. • Familiarity with independent agent and team business models is a plus. • Proficient in CRM/ATS with a data-driven approach. • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Idaho real estate license preferred.
