    The Trinity Team at Keller Williams is seeking a Real Estate Sales Recruiter to lead the charge in growing our Residential Division. We’re looking for someone who knows how to spot top talent, build meaningful relationships, and drive agent performance through strong recruiting systems and strategic support. This isn’t just a desk job—it’s a high-impact leadership opportunity to build, grow, and influence the future of our team. You’ll work closely with ownership to implement smart systems, track key performance metrics, and drive real results in recruiting and team development. Compensation: • Earning Potential up to $120,000+ (Base + Commission) • Recruiting Bonuses for each successful hire • Team Profit Share Override based on residential team performance • Ownership Opportunity for long-term growth and partnership • Access to world-class training, systems, and leadership coaching Responsibilities: • Proactively recruit and onboard top-producing and high-potential residential agents • Build and maintain a consistent recruiting pipeline with daily outreach activity • Lead engaging interviews, presentations, and career sessions • Drive retention and productivity through coaching and team engagement • Host weekly agent huddles and one-on-ones focused on growth and performance • Collaborate with leadership to execute a clear 30-60-90 day recruiting plan • Be the champion of culture—instilling a mindset of excellence, integrity, and collaboration Qualifications: • Proven track record in agent recruiting, team building, or sales leadership • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you love talking to people and motivating others • Consistent follow-through with systems, processes, and performance metrics • Confidence in coaching others with high standards and positive accountability • Real estate experience is required • Proactive, driven, and resourceful personality who thrives in a growth environment Compensation: $120,000+ OTE
