Responsibilities: • Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts • Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal • Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement • Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate • Question prospective clients on their needs, wants, and available finances to find properties that fit these needs • Conduct property showings for potential tenants and provide detailed information about available rental units. • Negotiate lease terms and contracts with prospective tenants in alignment with company policies and legal requirements. • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting property inspections and handling security deposit refunds. • Utilize marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates for rental properties. • Stay updated on local rental market trends and competitor activities to recommend competitive rental prices and identify growth opportunities. Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • To qualify, you must agree to a commission-only compensation package2+ years of experience in real estate industryActive Real Estate LicenseDemonstrated leasing experienceAuthorization to work in the US Compensation: $150,000+ yearly commission at plan earnings
