    We are looking for an ambitious, high-performing Sales Representative to help us source investors, negotiate, and close real estate investment deals. You will be the key contact for investors looking to buy, and your primary focus will be converting contracts into successfully closed transactions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about real estate and sales, we want you on our team! Compensation: • $85,000 - $120,000 yearly Base + Commission structure with OTE (on-target earnings) depending on performance Responsibilities: • Proactively engage with investors through outbound calls, texts, and emails. • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified buyers using CRM software. • Build out a qualified buyer's list. • Negotiate offers and contracts with investors, ensuring mutually beneficial deals. • Build relationships with investors and provide real estate solutions. • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting contracts and buyers into closed deals. • Stay current on market trends and real estate laws to provide value to clients. • Collaborate with the acquisition and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in real estate, sales, or a related field. • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
