Position Overview

We are seeking licensed real estate professionals interested in operating within a production-based environment focused on residential and investment property transactions.

This is a commission-only role suited for individuals comfortable with performance-based compensation and independent prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

Represent buyers and sellers in residential and investment property transactions

Prospect through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach

Analyze properties using comparative market data and investment metrics

Tour and evaluate residential and multifamily properties

Guide clients through contracts, inspections, and closings

Collaborate with experienced agents on transaction execution

Qualifications:

Active Ohio real estate license (or actively pursuing licensure)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently in a production-driven environment

Experience in sales or outbound prospecting preferred but not required

Interest in residential and investment-focused real estate
