We’re a vibrant and very busy real estate brokerage in need of someone to host open house properties in the area. If you’re a social “people-person” with an ambitious, vibrant, and positive personality who is responsible and professional, we’re interested in speaking with you! This position involves assisting with putting out signs and flyer boxes and measuring homes. Hours vary in this position. We can work around your schedule when setting up open houses and showings. Responsibilities: • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Stay informed about market changes and help clients understand the implications of their purchase • Work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals • Find homes that meet buyers' criteria and drive them to showings • Assist agents by showcasing homes to buyer clients • Research potential market listings and coordinate showings with clients, listing agents, and home sellers • Collaborate with the lead agent to show homes that meet buyer needs and budgets, resulting in increased sales Qualifications: • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Present yourself in a professional manner • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Quick learner of real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Team player comfortable in a tight-knit company environment • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Independent, self-motivated, and able to connect with a variety of personalities • Analytical ability to understand client reactions to homes and adjust future showings accordingly • Comfortable spending a significant amount of time driving • Ability to analyze client needs and match them to suitable homes • Desire to support clients in finding their dream home • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed • Valid Driver's License and own reliable vehicle for showings • Real Estate License required (We can help you get licensed!) • Willingness to learn and grow with the team • High school diploma required Compensation: $30,000 yearly
