The Brian Sperry Real Estate Group is seeking a reliable, personable Showing Agent to support Brian and the sales team by managing showings, open houses, inspections, and early-stage client interactions. This role is ideal for someone new to the industry who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to luxury coastal real estate in Newport Beach and the surrounding areas. This role also includes hands-on training in drafting offers, preparing paperwork, and learning the full contract-to-close process, building the foundational skills needed to grow into a future Sales Associate role. This is a growth-focused position designed to develop the right candidate into a future Sales Associate. Compensation- 5% of GCI for Assisted Transactions Responsibilities: • Coordinate and conduct property showings, ensuring each client feels welcomed and informed. • Assist in hosting open houses, creating an inviting atmosphere that highlights the property's best features. • Manage early-stage client interactions, building trust and rapport from the first meeting. • Support the team by scheduling and attending property inspections, ensuring all details are meticulously handled. • Participate in drafting offers and preparing paperwork, gaining hands-on experience in the contract-to-close process. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach to client service. • Stay informed about local market trends and property values. Qualifications: • Active CA real estate license with CRMLS access. • Comfortable interacting with buyers and sellers professionally. • Strong customer service mindset. • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and car insurance. • Flexible availability on nights and weekends. • Tech-savvy.
