Responsibilities: • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their home-buying journey. • Coordinate with the lead agent to schedule and conduct showings, maximizing client satisfaction and efficiency. • Provide clients with detailed property information, answering questions to help them make informed decisions. • Maintain a thorough understanding of local real estate market trends to offer valuable insights to clients. • Assist in the preparation of necessary documents and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions. • Support the lead agent in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain clients, fostering long-term relationships. Qualifications: • Real Estate License or active pursuit of one. • Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping clients find their dream home. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build trust and rapport with clients. • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely and organized property showings. • Familiarity with the San Diego-Carlsbad-San Marcos real estate market, or a strong willingness to learn quickly. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, supporting the lead agent and contributing to shared goals. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling, communication, and documentation. • Strong problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and challenges with confidence and clarity. Compensation: $120,000 - $225,000 yearly
