Responsibilities: • Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers, ensuring a seamless and informative experience. • Collaborate with team members to schedule showings and manage client appointments efficiently. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, fostering trust and rapport. • Provide detailed property information and insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions. • Assist in preparing and organizing necessary documentation for property showings and transactions. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market to offer valuable insights to clients. • Support lead agents by gathering client feedback and sharing it to refine our service approach and strategies. Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one. • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, building trust and rapport. • Proven track record of managing schedules and appointments efficiently. • Familiarity with real estate market trends in the Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale area. • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling and communication. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced real estate environment. Compensation: $125,500 - $298,600 yearly
