Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License. • Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless coordination. • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with real estate market trends and a willingness to stay informed about local developments. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goals. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping. • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of client interactions and property showings. Compensation: $125,000 - $185,000 yearly
