Qualifications: • Real Estate License. • Experience in real estate or a related field is a plus, but not required. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience. • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals. • Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and follow-ups efficiently. • Ability to stay informed about market trends and property values to provide accurate insights. • Proactive approach to generating leads through outreach and networking. • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement through team meetings and training sessions. Compensation: $152,000 - $225,000 yearly
