Qualifications: • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered promptly. • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, fostering trust and repeat business. • Strong organizational skills to efficiently schedule and coordinate property showings with the sales team. • Knowledge of the Nassau-Suffolk real estate market, providing clients with valuable insights and guidance. • Ability to provide detailed and constructive feedback to the lead agent after each property showing. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changes and challenges as they arise. Compensation: $125,400 - $215,000 yearly
