Responsibilities: • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Follow the team plan • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Real estate license • Great communication • Must live in the market area Compensation: $140,000 at plan
