We are looking for a licensed Showing Agent who wants to learn to build a strong real estate foundation while gaining consistent hands-on experience working with buyers throughout Orange County. Through real experience and daily activity, you will continue building confidence in buyer conversations, property tours, scheduling, and relationship management while learning how productive agents operate day to day. Working alongside experienced agents and team leadership, you will gain exposure to proven systems, practical guidance, and structured support that help create long-term consistency in real estate. Responsibilities: • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Present yourself in a professional manner • Can spend a large amount of time driving • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Working Rights in the USA • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $160,000 at plan commissions
