Responsibilities: • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their choices. • Collaborate with our team to develop and execute effective lead-generation strategies. • Provide timely and accurate information to clients, enhancing their understanding of the real estate market. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. • Assist in the preparation of property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and appealing. • Coordinate with team members to schedule and manage property showings efficiently. • Stay informed about local market trends, sharing insights with clients and colleagues to support informed decisions. Qualifications: • Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, but not required. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and team members. • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. • Strong organizational skills to coordinate property showings and manage schedules. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. • Familiarity with the Chattanooga, TN-GA real estate market is a plus. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and scheduling is beneficial. Compensation: $124,500 - $225,000 yearly
