Qualifications: • Real Estate License, or in the process of getting one. • Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping clients make informed decisions. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and through digital channels. • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and appointments efficiently. • Familiarity with the Tacoma, WA real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and feedback constructively. • Strong organizational skills to ensure properties are prepared and presentable for showings. • Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to schedule appointments and track client interactions. Compensation: $120,400 - $189,300 yearly
