Responsibilities: • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Present yourself in a professional manner • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Compensation: $130,000 yearly at plan
