Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one). • Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions. • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills. • Familiarity with the local real estate market in Tacoma, WA, or a willingness to learn quickly. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling, communication, and property research. • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to facilitate property tours and client meetings. Compensation: $140,400 - $196,300 yearly
