Responsibilities: • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable with each visit. • Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate showings, maximizing efficiency and client satisfaction. • Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, addressing their questions and concerns with clarity and empathy. • Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light. • Gather and relay client feedback to our team, helping us refine our approach and improve our service. • Stay informed about local market trends and property values, sharing insights with clients to aid their decision-making. • Support the lead agent in managing client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships with clients. Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one). • Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions. • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills. • Familiarity with the local real estate market in Tacoma, WA, or a willingness to learn quickly. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling, communication, and property research. • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to facilitate property tours and client meetings. Compensation: $140,400 - $196,300 yearly
