Responsibilities: • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Digital and regular open houses • Lead generation • Lead follow up • Database campaigns • Close sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Present yourself in a professional manner • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $165,000 at plan
