Responsibilities: • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions. • Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate showings, optimizing time and resources. • Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and providing insights about properties and neighborhoods. • Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light. • Gather and relay client feedback to the team, helping us refine our approach and meet client needs. • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to offer clients the most current information. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term connections in the community. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and through digital channels. • Proven track record of managing time efficiently and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. • Familiarity with the Bethesda-Frederick-Gaithersburg area and its real estate market is a plus. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared goals and success. • Comfortable using technology and digital tools to schedule, coordinate, and communicate. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, embracing new challenges and opportunities. Compensation: $120,000 - $225,000 yearly
