Responsibilities: • Conduct property showings for prospective buyers, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them to suitable properties. • Coordinate with listing agents to schedule showings and gather necessary property information. • Provide feedback to the sales team on client reactions and potential interest in properties. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values. • Assist in preparing and distributing marketing materials to promote available properties. • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement initiatives. Qualifications: • Real Estate license or in the process of getting one. • Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, but not required. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience. • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and schedules efficiently. • Familiarity with the Newark-Union, NJ-PA real estate market is a plus. • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals. • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage property information. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling and communication purposes. Compensation: $125,000 - $225,000 yearly
