Responsibilities: • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions. • Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate showings, maximizing efficiency and client satisfaction. • Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. • Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light. • Gather and relay client feedback to our team, helping us continuously improve our service. • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with up-to-date information. • Support the lead agent by managing administrative tasks related to showings and client interactions. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping others. • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in person and in writing. • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. • Familiarity with the Fort Wayne real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting and learning from others. • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail in managing schedules and client interactions. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling and communication, such as CRM systems and email clients. Compensation: $120,500 - $212,400 yearly
