    SHOWING AGENTS (NC & SC Licensed) We’re looking for licensed Showing Agents in North Carolina and/or South Carolina to join our growing team! If you enjoy working with clients, love being out in the field, and represent yourself with professionalism and confidence, we’d love to hear from you. Requirements: • Active NC and/or SC Real Estate License • Pleasing, professional personality with strong people skills • Presentable appearance and positive attitude • Reliable, punctual, and responsive • Comfortable showing homes and assisting buyers in person Responsibilities: Showing Agent – Job Responsibilities • Conduct property showings for buyers in a professional and timely manner • Represent the company with a polished, friendly, and client-focused attitude • Communicate clearly with buyers regarding property details, features, and next steps • Coordinate showing schedules with clients, listing agents, and the internal team • Provide basic market and property insights (no contract negotiations) • Gather and relay buyer feedback after showings to the team or lead agent • Ensure properties are secured properly after showings (lock doors, lights, etc.) • Maintain punctuality and reliability for all scheduled appointments • Follow company policies, fair housing laws, and ethical standards • Update showing notes or CRM as required after each appointment Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Client-focused and courteous • Clear communicator • Dependable and detail-oriented • Team player who represents the brand well Compensation: $14 - $15 hourly
