Responsibilities: • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Lead follow up • Real estate buyer sales • Database • Lead generation • Close sales • Follow the team plan • Sales mastery Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Real estate license • Good communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $150,000 at plan
