Responsibilities: • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales Qualifications: • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Present yourself in a professional manner • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Compensation: $30 - $50 hourly
