    Centre Realty Group is growing and we are looking to add motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to our team serving the Greater Boston area. Candidates must live in or near Boston, Massachusetts and either hold an active Massachusetts Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one. Please apply only if you meet this criteria. These systems allow agents to focus on what matters most building relationships, helping clients navigate the buying or selling process, and closing transactions. In this role you will work with buyers and sellers throughout the home buying and selling process, guide clients from consultation through closing, follow up with leads through the CRM, schedule showings, write offers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners. Responsibilities: • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget Qualifications: • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • An active Massachusetts Real Estate License is required Compensation: $95,000 - $230,000 at plan earnings
