Responsibilities: • Consult with buyers and sellers to discover their needs and guide them through the entire home-buying/selling journey • Use proven lead follow-up systems to grow your pipeline • Manage all aspects of the real estate transaction process • Host monthly open houses to attract and serve new clients • Deliver exceptional customer service that drives repeat and referral business • Stay organized using CRM and calendar tools to manage your time effectively • Participate in our in-house Sales Training Academy and attend weekly team meetings Qualifications: • A Licensed Real Estate Agent (or currently in the process of becoming licensed) • Full-time commitment to your business and clients • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Self-starter with strong work ethic and time management skills • Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to grow • Experience in sales is a plus, but attitude is everything Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
