Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Follow up with leads in a timely, thoughtful way to build trust and drive conversions • Write clear, accurate offers and guide clients smoothly through the contract-to-close process • Build long-term relationships with clients that lead to referrals and repeat business • Stay informed about the local market, neighborhoods, and community happenings • Help buyers and sellers clarify their goals and confidently navigate their real estate journey • Show up for monthly in-person meetings and team training sessions • Collaborate, contribute, and support your teammates, we’re better together • Follow all state and local regulations, including Fair Housing and ethical standards • Communicate with kindness and professionalism, whether with clients, vendors, or fellow agents • Stay curious, coachable, and committed to your own growth Qualifications: • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Self-motivation and drive • Technology driven • A current valid FL Real Estate license is required Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
