Who We’re Looking For • Licensed: 1–2+ years with an active Texas real estate license • Producing: $1M–$4M in annual volume • Local: Lives or works on the north side of Houston — Spring, Conroe, The Woodlands, Tomball, or Magnolia • Hungry to grow: Has the desire and some experience sourcing and working leads, and wants to learn how to do it well • CRM-competent: Basic understanding of how a CRM works and willing to use one consistently • Comfortable on camera: At ease with social media, photo, and video • Polished: Well-presented, with strong verbal and written communication skills • Ownership mindset: Treats every client’s investment like their own Responsibilities: • Generate, nurture, and convert leads — both cold and warm — into long-term clients • Manage existing client relationships and deliver a top-tier experience from first contact to close • Hold open houses, buyer consults, and listing appointments • Prepare contracts, purchase agreements, contract addenda, and leases • Follow up consistently with leads and past clients via phone, email, and text • Run social media and email marketing to stay top-of-mind with your sphere and grow your audience • Track community data and market metrics to position yourself as the local expert • Use the team CRM to manage and grow your pipeline • Handle the administrative side of every transaction — timelines, calendars, and deadlines — so nothing slips Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Technology driven • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Self-motivation and drive • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 yearly
