Responsibilities: • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Go on multiple appointments weekly and meet and build rapport with new clients • Show homes to interested clients • Provide Market Analyses to clients as requested • Follow up with clients to move them forward in the process • Build relationships with agents in other companies • Negotiate contracts and transactions • Develop expertise in neighborhoods, schools, and all home-ownership issues • Research and identify off-market purchase opportunities for clients Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Tech savvy • Organized and manages time effectively • Great communication and social skills • Hungry to do more • Real Estate License in NJ (or pursuing) • People-oriented • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Competitive • Team player • Consistent • Persistent • Self-reliable Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000
