IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Competitive Compensation • $1,500 Base salary plus 10% commission potential. Sales Reps are expected to earn a minimum of $70,000 annually, but we offer opportunities to earn well over $100,000 per year based on performance bonuses. Hours of Operation • Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm, and 1st and 3rd Saturday from 9am to 2pm. Location Responsibilities: • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Identify, nurture, and negotiate with potential sellers of residential properties. • Relationship Building: Develop rapport with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. • Negotiations: Confidently negotiate contracts, ensuring a win-win for sellers and Jiffy Offer. • Market Analysis: Use market data to provide accurate and compelling offers to property owners. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to meet company goals and align with Jiffy Offer’s vision.
