Responsibilities: • Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions with professionalism and expertise • Prospect for new clients through lead follow-up, database engagement, and networking • Conduct market analysis to determine property values and competitive market positioning • Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and closing documents to support client interests • Guide clients through the entire real estate process — from consultation to closing • Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the transaction • Leverage provided tools, leads, and resources to maximize sales and client service • Stay informed about market conditions, inventory, and local economic trends • Participate in ongoing coaching, skill-building sessions, and office masterminds Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Past sales experience is preferred • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Self-motivation and drive • Great communication and social skills • Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License (required) • 1+ years of active real estate sales experience preferred (more is a plus) • Proven track record of successful residential or commercial transactions • Strong knowledge of Broward and/or Miami-Dade real estate markets • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow your business • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, MLS platforms, and marketing tools • Ability to work independently while also thriving within a team environment • Commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience • Willingness to engage in ongoing learning, coaching, and professional development Compensation: $75,000 - $200,000 yearly
