Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Go on multiple appointments weekly and meet and build rapport with new clients • Show homes to interested clients • Provide Market Analyses to clients as requested • Follow up with clients to move them forward in the process • Build relationships with agents in other companies • Negotiate contracts and transactions • Develop expertise in neighborhoods, schools, and all home-ownership issues • Research and identify off-market purchase opportunities for clients Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Technology driven • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Hungry to do more • Real Estate License (or pursuing) • People-oriented • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Competitive • Team player • Consistant • Persistent • Self-reliable Compensation: $100,000 at plan earnings
