Responsibilities: • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Prepare for buyer-client meetings by conducting appropriate research in advance. • Daily lead generation. • Win new buyer clients by presenting our Melody Bell & Associates value proposition, walking through how the process works, and kicking off the home-buying journey. • Establish, develop, and maintain positive client relationships throughout the sales cycle, helping clients understand each step. Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Past sales experience is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Tech savvy • Organized and manages time effectively • Fast-paced, growth mindset, organized, and goal-oriented. You have likely had big goals your whole life. • You understand that for everyone to work at a high level, you must work at a high level. You are the definition of a Team Player. • You follow up on your phone calls and emails quickly; you can't stand to leave things undone! • You want to find new ways to be more efficient and will eagerly adopt new processes and technologies to get you to this end. • You know how to have fun and enjoy working in a supportive, high-achieving environment. Compensation: $60,000 - $250,000

    • Prepare for buyer-client meetings by conducting appropriate research in advance. • Daily lead generation. • Win new buyer clients by presenting our Melody Bell & Associates value proposition, walking through how the process works, and kicking off the home-buying journey. • Establish, develop, and maintain positive client relationships throughout the sales cycle, helping clients understand each step. • Negotiate offers and successfully guide clients through the contract-to-close process.
