Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • Represent buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the transaction process • Conduct market research and pricing analysis for residential sales • Help clients navigate contracts, disclosures, and negotiations with confidence • Communicate clearly and consistently, whether advising clients, handling paperwork, or coordinating with other agents • Keep your deals organized and compliant from start to finish • Provide an excellent client experience and build long-term relationships • Stay current on local market trends, real estate law, and best practices Qualifications: You’ll thrive here if you: • Hold an active Florida real estate license (Sales Associate or Broker) • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills • Are highly motivated and goal-oriented • Possesses strong knowledge of the local real estate market • Can build and maintain client relationships effectively • Are comfortable using technology and real estate software • Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all dealings Ideal candidates will: • Have proven experience in real estate sales or a related field • Be self-driven with a strong work ethic • Show a passion for helping clients find their perfect home • Be adept at marketing properties and generating leads • Possesses excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000
