Responsibilities: • Client Engagement: Convert leads into appointments, present offers, and secure purchase agreements. • Negotiation : Effectively negotiate purchase terms and oversee negotiations for sellers • Market Relationships: Build and maintain relationships throughout the market to identify future acquisition opportunities. • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process. • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients. • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, and market trends. • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information. Qualifications: • Exceptional people skills • Strong sales and negotiation abilities • Excellent problem-solving skills • Effective written and verbal communication • Organizational and time-management prowess • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Proficient computer skills • High school diploma (Real estate license is a plus) Compensation: $83,000 - $120,000 yearly
