Responsibilities: • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Lead follow up • Close sales • Follow the team plan • Lead generation • Sales mastery • Database and CRM nurturing Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Past sales experience is preferred • Show good organizational and time management skills • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $155,000 at plan
