What’s in it for you: • Have a flexible schedule • Work in an energetic, team atmosphere where everyone treats one another as family • The best administrative support • New Agent Sales Training/Mentor Program Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Build and maintain a database of your sphere of influence • Generate and cultivate buyer and seller leads through outreach and follow-up • Convert assigned and self-generated leads into active clients • Follow a structured team process for lead tracking and client management • Attend daily/weekly team meetings, 1:1s, and lead review sessions • Host multiple open houses (typically weekends) to generate and convert clients • Conduct buyer and listing presentations • Guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction process • Write, negotiate, and manage contracts to close • Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth transaction execution • Participate in team marketing, events, and client engagement efforts Qualifications: • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Organized and manages time effectively • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Technology driven • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Strong relationship-building and communication skills • Self-motivated with a strong desire for growth and production • Highly organized and process-driven, while being adaptable • Resourceful problem-solver under pressure • Excellent time management and follow-through • Willingness to learn and execute proven systems, tools, and technologies • Professional, dependable, and ethical Compensation: $87,500 - $123,500 at-plan commission
