Responsibilities: • Generate and follow up with buyer and seller leads • Build strong relationships with prospective and current clients • Guide clients through the home buying and selling process • Conduct property showings, consultations, and market analyses • Negotiate contracts and facilitate successful transactions • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities • Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance standards • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every transaction Qualifications: • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Show good organizational and time management skills • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Willingness to obtain a real estate license within 60 days if not already licensed. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction throughout the sales process. • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals, demonstrating strong drive and commitment to success. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, embracing collaboration to achieve common goals. • Highly organized with strong time management skills. Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000+ commission based OTE
