Responsibilities: • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Qualifications: • Organized and manages time effectively • Technology driven • Self-motivation and drive • Great communication and social skills • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Willingness to obtain a real estate license within 60 days if not already licensed. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction throughout the sales process. • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals, demonstrating strong drive and commitment to success. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, embracing collaboration to achieve common goals. • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
