What success looks like at 6 months: • 3+ homes sold per month, target, active buyer pipeline, strong client referrals • Monthly net income of $12,000+ Responsibilities: What you’ll do: • Work motivated leads, consult clients, manage negotiations, and closings • Maintain client follow-up, and present contracts • Participate in team training and community initiatives • Provide exceptional client experiences to the clients • Take as many appointments as you are skillfully able to handle • Close more deals with less work, and make $150,000+ net income Qualifications: What you bring (must-haves): • Texas Real Estate License required (or in process — we’ll help) • Strong communication and time-management skills • Willingness to travel by car and work non-standard hours • Commitment to a full-time, successful real estate career Nice-to-haves: • Proven sales background, tech-savvy Compensation: $75,000 - $200,000 per year
