Responsibilities: • Guide clients through the home buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. • Research and analyze market trends to provide clients with informed advice on property values and opportunities. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions. • Create compelling marketing materials and listing agreements to effectively showcase properties and attract potential buyers. • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented at all times. • Collaborate with team members to manage a high volume of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion. • Stay updated on real estate industry regulations and market conditions to provide accurate and current information to clients and colleagues alike. Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly
