Looking to work both sides of the business — buyers and sellers — without building your own systems from scratch? Most agents piece together their own CRM, their own transaction tracking, their own compliance checks. Ours is already built. You'll work on every transaction inside a real infrastructure. You're never guessing whether something got done — there's a system tracking it, and a managing broker backing you up. You'll also have access to both RMLS and WVMLS, so you can show any home across the Portland metro and Willamette Valley, plus warm buyer and seller leads through our Homestack app and Pearl AI assistant. Marketing, photography, and design support are in-house — you focus on the client relationship, not on building your own back office. We're an independent, locally owned team (not a franchise) with 2,500+ homes sold and a track record that clients recognize.
