Responsibilities: • Communicate with potential leads to boost sales opportunities • Consult with clients who are buyers and sellers to understand their housing preferences and requirements, facilitating successful transactions • Embrace a consultative approach by offering top-notch service and advice to nurture client connections and foster repeat business • Possess in-depth knowledge of the local community to address inquiries about available properties and the neighborhood Qualifications: • Must have previous experience working as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson • Must demonstrate a successful track record in sales • Should be able to work independently while possessing excellent interpersonal skills • Need to have strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills • Must be pleasant and trustworthy in dealings with clients • Familiarity with MS Office/Google is required • Must hold a valid real estate agent’s or broker’s license or be in the process of getting one Compensation: $60,000 - $125,000 yearly
