Responsibilities: • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Follow the team coaching plan of action Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Commission opportunity • Real Estate license required Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan
