Part-Time Real Estate Marketing & Sales Assistant Location: Saratoga Springs, NY Schedule: Weekends Required (Saturday & Sunday, 10 AM – 5 PM) We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and reliable Part-Time Assistant to support our fast-paced real estate team with marketing, data organization, appointment setting, and event coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about real estate and community engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Support the sales team by confirming and setting appointments with potential buyers and clients • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media support, flyer distribution, and open house prep • Organize and update client and lead data in CRM and other systems • Help plan and execute local events, broker opens, and client appreciation gatherings • Be present and professional on-site in the communities we serve, including model homes and open houses • Report directly to the Head of Sales and support team initiatives as needed Requirements: • Weekend availability is a must (Saturday & Sunday, 10 AM – 5 PM) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Reliable transportation to get to properties and events within our market area • Comfortable working on-site and in person—this is not a remote position • Real estate license not required Preferred Skills (not required): • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or customer service • Familiarity with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, etc.) • Social media or marketing experience Responsibilities: • Greet and check in customers professionally at open houses, model homes, and community events • Schedule and confirm appointments for showings, consultations, and follow-ups • Track and follow up on client needs, questions, and next steps to support the sales team • Assist in planning, preparing, and executing client events, broker opens, and community gatherings • Support marketing efforts, including flyer distribution, social media coordination, and on-site branding • Maintain organized records of leads, appointments, and interactions in our CRM system Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable greeting and interacting with customers in person • Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, appointments, and follow-up tasks efficiently • Dependable and professional with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment • Available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 10 AM – 5 PM) as required • Proficient with basic technology: email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools (training provided if needed) • Creative mindset with an interest in marketing, branding, and community engagement Compensation: $46,500 - $50,000 yearly
