Responsibilities: Client Service • Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process from initial consultation through closing • Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and client consultations • Provide market knowledge and professional advice to help clients make informed decisions • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the transaction Lead Management & Follow-Up • Follow up with incoming leads and client opportunities in a timely and professional manner • Maintain consistent communication with prospects and clients • Track conversations, notes, and follow-up within the team CRM system Sales & Business Development • Build and maintain relationships to generate repeat and referral business • Participate in team lead generation and prospecting activities • Work toward personal production goals and growth within the team Transaction Support • Work closely with the team’s transaction coordinator to ensure contracts and documentation are completed accurately and on time • Stay engaged with clients throughout the transaction process to ensure a smooth experience Team Participation • Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and training opportunities • Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of professionalism and service • Contribute to a positive, growth-focused team culture Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Organized and manages time effectively • Technology driven • Great communication and social skills • Past sales experience is preferred • Self-motivation and drive Compensation: $45,000 - $145,000 yearly
