Responsibilities: • Guide clients through the entire home buying or selling process • Follow up with leads consistently using our proven systems • Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service • Host team open houses monthly (you keep the leads!) • Stay organized by managing your time and workflow through our CRM tools • Engage in weekly team training and ongoing professional development Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License • Full-time availability and a strong desire to grow • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills • A tech-savvy approach and comfort with CRM systems • Strong time management and organization skills • A self-starter attitude with a team player mindset • Bonus if you have prior sales experience — but we’re most excited about drive, passion, and coachability Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
