Qualifications: • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent • Full-time commitment — you're serious about your success • Coachable, driven, and fired up to grow • Solid communication skills and a knack for building relationships • Highly organized with strong follow-through • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
